She was very knowledgeable about all the products they sell, and has a great eye for interior design. Just as importantly, the installers were fantastic - efficient, professional and skilled. They were missing a piece from the factory, but came back when I needed them and completed the step beautifully. Both the hardwood installers and carpet installers were top notch. I am very happy!
