Excellent quality service! I've contacted and compared to half a dozen flooring companies, and they were the best ones to work with from the start to delivery/install of our floors. Some of the highlights of our experience: 1. Accurate and fair quote - Simon did a great job providing a detailed quote, and provided their recommended floor which is cheaper but higher in quality and looks than the floor that recommended. He was able to make adjustments when we decided to make changes to the initial quote. 2. Clear and timely communication - We had a somewhat tight schedule and they were able to communicate well with us on the dates for delivery and install, and let us know asap when the work was delayed for 1 day. As with any projects you would have to expect delays and circle-back, they were always attentive to get everything corrected. 3. Quality of work - The new floor looks amazing! We had all of our carpet replaced with LVP, and traditional hardwood floor extended for a section in the living room. Everything looks spectacular. Comparing our existing hardwood floor with their installed floor, I can see their floor has much better fit and finish. They also took their time and effort to level out the basement concrete to ensure a smooth flat floor. The absolute best flooring company around. We received quotes from numerous floor companies, but the quality of service and wide range of flooring options at FH are simply the best. They have a show room of flooring options that was so helpful when making such an important decision. FH Flooring is responsive, thoughtful, and diligent throughout the entire process from selecting your perfect flooring to the final installation. We have open ended stairs and the finishing on them as top notch - 10/10. I’m so impressed all around. Highly highly highly recommend!!!! UPDATE: a couple of years later and our floors still look BRAND NEW. We have had several contractors comment on how great the floors look. Zero issues with our floors and we have a boy toddler who is trying his best to destroy everything. Our floors are the first thing people compliment when walking through the door!

Replacing my old carpet with a combination of new carpet and vinyl plank was long overdue and a task I was avoiding. Cindy Bellenger at FH Flooring was very helpful and patient with me as I waffled on plank and carpet colors. She helped me understand the difference between the types of carpets and carpet pads so I could make a confident choice. The new carpet and floor gives my house a cheery feeling and continues to lifts my spirits every morning I wake up. Thank you Cindy and FH Flooring!

I met Cindy and Dana at a home show several months before we were ready to install flooring. I had spent several weeks trying to find a floor that would match our existing hardwood. Cindy was extremely helpful and patient with me as I tried to figure out what flooring to go with. I had several contractors trying to help. But Cindy went above and beyond. She came out with samples, had me meet her at her showroom and was willing to order samples for me of floors I found on line that might work. She was also very sensitive to my budget. We settled on a few samples and finally found one that was a really close match. The entire team at FH flooring was great to work with. The Owner Dana personally came out to discuss the thresholds and how to make them completely seamless. He communicated this with the installation team and well all I can say is it looks beautiful. We had over 700 sf of hardwood plus 14 stairs also done in hardwood. The installation was completed in one day. They were on time, polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have several other projects coming in the future and FH Flooring will be my new flooring go to contractor.

We received very professional service, the installers took pride in their work, did a beautiful job and were considerate of our belongings.
